Data
What this app uses
- Account identifiers (phone number, profile name, organisation or plan where applicable)
- Precise location, including background location while SOS / distress monitoring is active
- Microphone and camera captures during SOS (ambient audio and discreet photos/video)
- SOS contacts and circle members you add
- Device tokens for push notifications, and diagnostic / crash data
- Optional CCTV / IoT enrolments you connect to your account
Permissions
Android permissions (why)
- Location (foreground and background during active distress / monitoring)
- Camera and microphone (SOS evidence capture)
- Phone / call-related permissions (emergency call flows and dialer integrations)
- Notifications, foreground services, and overlays needed to keep SOS reliable
- Accessibility service (optional, only if you enable voice / hardware SOS helpers)
When you trigger SOS, the app may capture ambient audio and discreet photos, read precise location (including in the background while distress is active), and notify nearby responders plus your SOS contacts. This is necessary to get help moving. You can cancel or resolve an incident using the in-app flows where available.
