Authorised use only
- Use the apps only for official duties assigned by your company or command
- Do not share login credentials or leave a signed-in device unattended in public
- Access only incidents and data you are cleared to handle
Citizens
Evidence and people
- Treat citizen SOS media and location as sensitive personal data
- Do not publish, sell, or share incident evidence outside authorised channels
- Do not use camera, microphone or location features for personal surveillance unrelated to a case
- Handle minors and vulnerable persons according to your organisation’s safeguarding rules
Ops
Operational integrity
- Keep on-duty status accurate so dispatch routing works
- Do not falsify arrival, case notes or evidence
- Report lost devices and suspected account compromise immediately to your admin and info@safecity.com.ng
Consequences
Breach may result in suspension from the platform, reporting to your organisation, and legal action where appropriate. These rules sit alongside our terms of service and privacy policy.
